Ecotours Thalassa

Since 2001, Ecotours Thalassa has been offering sailing holidays combined with the observation and study of dolphins and whales. We decided to combine our love of sailing with our passion for knowledge about dolphins and the marine environment.

In the summer of 2009, Ecotours Thalassa will organize Freedive Seminars, recognized by the International Association AIDA. The training will take place onboard our sailing catamarans combining learning with sailing holidays.

We own the boats which are used for our trips and this allows us to guarantee the perfect condition in which they are delivered to our customers. Our company has been growing steadily during the past few years thanks to the preference and trust of those who have chosen us for their holidays and who accompany us every year on our trips. The designer and coordinator of these activities is Vassilis Podiadis, marine biologist, oceanographer and a sailing fanatic with over 40,000 miles of experience as skipper of sailing boats in the Mediterranean and the Atlantic Ocean.
